Brewing up a storm at Craft Drinks Festival

Silverbirch Hotel, Omagh are brewing up a storm with the return of North West Brew Fest, Craft Drinks Festival on Saturday, May 6 from 7pm.

The backdrop for this exciting event will be Lola’s a fabulous new event hire space at the popular family-owned Omagh hotel.
North West Brew Fest Craft Drinks Festival is all about great drink and will showcase over 15 of Ireland’s best breweries; each offering on average four or five different brews, the choice will be dazzling!

Locally produced

Festival goers will have the opportunity to taste local craft drinks for themselves a collection of gins, beers, ales, stout and ciders, liquors, that have been hand-crafted and locally produced across the North West and beyond.


The impressive line-up includes; Pokertree Brewery, Fermanagh Brewing, Farmageddon Long Meadow Cider, O’Connors, Kinnegar Brewing, Carlingford Brewing, Glens of Antrim Craft, Mountain Man Brewery, The Boatyard Distillery, Glendalough Distillery, Nordes Gin, Copperhead Gin and Coole Swan, superior Irish cream liqueur.

The popular event debuted last April in conjunction with the hugely successful NI Year of Food & Drink campaign. This year’s venue Lola’s, a new event hire space recently opened following a £4 million rebuild project at the Silverbirch Hotel.

Allan Duncan, Silverbirch Hotel proprietor said, “We are excited to host North West Brew Fest again this year. Access to innovative food and drink experiences have become increasingly important to our guests and North West Brew Fest event gives people the opportunity to taste local craft drinks and meet the local companies producing the goods.”


North West Brew Fest tickets are now on sale from Silverbirch Hotel reception for just £7 per person or alternatively tickets will also be available on the day. Groups of ten or more can enjoy one person free.

Ticket prices include one free drink per person. There will be also be a festival raffle on the day with a great selection of prizes including craft beer hampers and much more. To help you get into the festival spirit guests can enjoy live music from Martin Rafferty & The Northern Lights followed by popular band ‘The Suits’.
