Tributes after sad passing of Omagh teacher

PUPILS, parents and teachers having been paying tribute to popular Drumragh Integrated College teacher Graham Peters who passed away on Friday following a short illness. 
The funeral of Mr Peters took place yesterday (Sunday) in St James’ Parish Church, Aughnacloy, followed by private family burial in St George’s Parish Churchyard, Crilly.  
Moving tributes have been paid to Mr Peters, head of the English Department at the Omagh school, who was from Caledon Road, Aughnacloy.
In a statement, a spokesperson for Drumragh college said, “The Drumragh family is devastated at the tragic loss of the unique and wonderful Graham Peters, following his short battle with cancer. Our hearts go out to his family and all who have been touched by this truly great man.”
