Police appeal after theft from Omagh shop


Police in Omagh are appealing for information following a theft from a shop on the Derry Road, Omagh on Tuesday.

Constable Crawford said; β€œIt was reported that sometime between 1.30pm and 1.35pm two suspicious males entered the premises and took a number of food items. One is described as 5ft 5 inches tall with short dark spikey hair, in his 40’s, clean shaven wearing glasses, black quilted jacket, blue jeans and black shoes. The second male is described as 5ft 9 inches tall, receding hairline, bald on top, clean shaven, wearing denim jeans, white T-shirt and a waxed three quarter length jacket.

“I would appeal that anyone with information contact Police at Omagh Police Station on 101 quoting CCS652 7/11/17, or if they wish to provide information without giving their details to contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
