A.E. Kenwell & Sons

Established more than 102 years ago, A.E. Kenwell & Sons is a farming and hardware store that is currently in its fourth generation. Known as a one-stop shop, they are general merchants who supply the rural community with farm building equipment and steel work for agricultural businesses. Their speciality is their Christmas shop, where they supply many types of Christmas trees and decorations to the general public, hotels and pubs across Ireland, North and South. Their unique products are sourced from Holland, Germany and England and they require all suppliers to stand over each product.

McBrides SPAR

Celebrating 30 years in business this July, McBride’s Retail Group are one of Northern Ireland’s largest independent Spar retailers. There are almost 400 staff employed between all 11 Spar stores, who oversee on average a staggering 95,000 transactions per week.
Customer service is key throughout the group; store renovations, staff training and incentives plus a mystery shopping system are focused on ensuring customer’s expectations are constantly exceeded.
Currently at the final stages of a three-year renovation programme which was a £2.2million investment, McBride’s strategy is to constantly keep moving forward and to ensure the customer is always a priority.

The Kitchen

Opened in December 2016, The Kitchen pride themselves on using only the best local produce to provide top-quality nutritional meals that are as delicious as they are healthy.
The Kitchen is a licensed restaurant where everything is baked in-house, with a focus on natural foods high in protein. There is a sugar-free and gluten range also available, and The Kitchen further specialises in wedding day healthy breakfast baskets.
The business sponsor local events and teams, work with the Tyrone GAA team to provide healthy meals and Marie Curie is their chosen charity.
