A Chiropractic Touch

A Chiropractic Touch is a holistic healing and treatment centre in Greencastle run by caring husband and wife team, Emir and Jonathan Lervy. Chiropractor Emir provides treatment for all age groups from babies to adults.

She gently moves joints to reset the nervous system so the body can start its process of healing. With a passion for whole family treatment Emir has a genuine and caring persona, who really listens to her patients. Their customer base consists of people from Tyrone and Fermanagh, while their specialist service for horses welcomes customers from further afield. Future plans for the business include new premises in their home town of Gortin with the possibility of expansion in terms of customers and additional staff.

 

Marella Fyffe Yoga

Marella Fyffe is an uplifting, powerful and humorous yoga teacher who combines a busy family life with owning and running her own yoga studio which she opened in 2013. Some of her services include yoga classes, yoga teacher training and mindfulness as well as well-being workshops.

While yoga is widely practised as a set of poses, Marella introduces yoga as a means of achieving overall health while bringing a deep sense of serenity and peace. People bring their problems to her and she provides a space where they feel welcomed and healed. Marella is in the process of completing an extension to allow her to provide private treatments such as counselling.

 

Personal Health and Fitness

Personal Health and Fitness is a gym which provides a service far beyond physical health. If Damien, the owner, feels that a client would benefit from individual care as opposed to gym training, he will speak personally to the client. If it is suitable he will suggest outside help, for example, counselling or physio. The gym specialises in weight loss and fitness and offers specific training relating to the needs of the customer.

Their services also include; a ladies-only gym, mixed functional gym, personal training, nutritional advice, rehabilitation programmes for those with injuries and mental health programmes. Personal Health and Fitness are working towards creating a package to encourage those suffering from mental health issues into fitness and well-being.
