The biggest and best Bridal Fair around is back!

The annual Ulster Herald & North-West Brides Bridal Fair is taking place on Sunday 21st January 2018. The event will return to Omagh Leisure Complex and will once again bring a variety of wedding exhibitors from all aspects of the wedding spectrum under one roof.

How will the Bridal Fair be promoted?

We make it our priority to promote this event across the North-West to ensure it's a successful event for all. We target prospective brides & grooms using a multi-media promotional campaign.

Who attends this Bridal Fair?

All sizes of businesses are welcome to attend from all aspects of wedding planning; from reception venues to bridal boutiques, cake makers to bands and everything inbetween. With space for over 50 exhibitors this event is not to be missed.

NOTE: Each category has limited availability to make sure both exhibitors and attendees get the most out of the event. When your category is sold out you will be added to a waiting list. Spaces sold on a first come first served basis and are not secured until payment is received.

At the event

Each exhibitor is assigned a trestle table, chairs and access to power. You must select your stand at the time of booking from those listed in the drop down menu. Please see the floor plan below for reference.

Transport companies may have a display car at the front entrance.

A photographer from North-West Brides and the Ulster Herald will photograph various parts of the Bridal Fair, a selection will be used in the post event coverage in the Tyrone Herald and the rest will be featured online.

We use a variety of marketing channels to get the Bridal Fair message out there:
  • Newspaper ads – Ulster Herald, Dungannon Herald, Tyrone Herald, Strabane Chronicle, Fermanagh Herald and Donegal News Friday
  • Social Media posts on the above social media pages
  • Targeted, paid for social media ads
  • Dedicated Facebook events page
  • Radio ads
  • Road signs
  • Posters (sent to newsagents & exhibitors)
  • Dedicated bridal feature (pre-event - Ulster Herald)
  • E-newsletter to our bridal database
  • And finally good old ‘word of mouth’!

How can I keep up to date with event details?

Make sure to join the Facebook Event Page, this platform is open to all confirmed exhibitors to post and tell prospective brides and grooms all about your business and special offers.

The event is taking place in the spacious Omagh Leisure Complex. The exhibition hall is a light and airy space with its own (level access) entrance, perfect for showcasing your goods and services.

Full payment is required to secure your stand and must be received no later than two weeks before the event . Failure to do so will result in the reallocation of the stand
