AN Creagán has been offering unique world class art experiences to participants within a unique setting which fails to inspire no matter what your capability.  The programme, funded by National Lottery Funding through the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, welcomes exclusive workshops in creative writing, make up for TV, clay sculpture, cultural crafts and photography.  Workshops are open to everyone no matter what their experience.

Creative Writing
‘How to Get Published – Intensive Creative Writing Course’ – Join bestselling novelist and scriptwriter Emma Heatherington for an exclusive two day creative writing course. Learn how to create memorable characters, develop exciting plots and what to do when you face the dreaded writer’s block! Published writer Emma, who is now working on her eighth novel, will share advice on how to get your story started, how to get it finished, and how to attract that all important agent and publisher.

Product & Food Photography
Food lover? Restaurant owner? Blogger? Crafter? Artist? Take photos that sell!
Learn about the basic techniques to best highlight and sell your products. Professional John O’Neill teaches to the very highest standard, enabling every participant to get the very best from their photographic knowledge. No prior experience or knowledge is necessary to participate.

Clay Relief Sculpture
Geraldine Owens has worked on all seasons of the Game of Thrones creating masterpieces from just clay.  From dragons to architecture anything is possible just let your imagination flow and be inspired by An Creagán’s landscape and surroundings.

Makeup for TV, Film and Theatre
The Film industry is booming in Northern Ireland and demand for local artists is greater than supply. Come experience techniques which can be used on set from industry professionals.
Family Arts Workshops
Take a journey across the world and experience arts and crafts from across the world through this series of workshops. Kids come free when booked with an adult/guardian.

Asian Arts Workshops
Sand Murals, Umbrella & Fan Painting, Paper Crafts, Lantern Making. Explore the arts of Asia through this unique series of workshops.
