A5 car fire ‘accidental’ – Fire Service

A car engulfed in flames caused some minor disruption on the A5 between Omagh and Ballygawley on Friday morning.

A Ford car caught fire in the Curr Road area, close to Newtownsaville at around 8.30am.

Two fire appliances from Omagh and Clogher attended, using foam to extinguish the flames.

A spokesperson from the Fire Service described the fire as “accidental”.
