Pupil injured in hit and run collision

A SCHOOL pupil in Omagh who was struck by a vehicle in the town on Friday November 17 sustained what are described as minor injuries.

The hit and run incident occurred on the Kevlin Road at around 9am and police are appealing for information.


Constable Curran said “At 9:00 am it was reported that a pupil was struck by a vehicle when using a pedestrian crossing on their way to school at Kevlin Road and received minor injuries as a result of this.
