Members of Omagh Youth Council, in partnership with the Education Authority’s Youth Service, are eager to announce details of their first Christmas Craft Fayre.

The Fayre will run from 12-4pm on Saturday, December 9 at Omagh Youth Centre.

The money raised from this event will be used for a Mental Health Project the group are currently developing.

The event will host stalls from local crafters ranging from candles, cards, accessories, cushions, hand crafted pieces, Christmas decorations and cakes. There will also be a visit from Santa and a Christmas film will play in the movie room to keep the younger children amused with festive entertainment.

Omagh Youth Council Facilitator Orlaith McGinn added, “We have many different stalls on display at the fayre with a fantastic variety of crafts on offer to help people with their Christmas shopping ideas. Members are delighted to be involved and see this project as a great opportunity to support local young people and small businesses. The group has worked hard to plan this event and would be delighted to see as many people as possible call in to support the work they do.”
