British Royal on visit to Omagh

BRITAIN’s Prince Charles is to visit Omagh tomorrow (Wednesday) as part of a two-day trip to the north.
He will take part in three separate engagements in the area during the visit.
In the morning, he will perform the official opening of the new Omagh Hospital and Primary Care Complex.
It has been open to patients on June 20, 2017 and provides a range of hospital and community healthcare facilities together in one place.
Following that, he will visit the town to meet those affected by the 1998 Omagh bomb, including members of the emergency services and residents.
It will be the second time that he has visited the town. Just days after the atrocity on August 15, 1998, he also met with those who had been injured and beareaved, and the emergency services.
Following the trip to Omagh, the one-day visit to the area will conclude with an engagement at Owenkillew Community Centre ini Gortin.
The Prince of Wales will be accompanied on the visit by his wife, Camillla.
