Two great events for Positive Ageing Month

Drink Wise, Age Well are celebrating Positive Ageing Month in October by hosting free Live Wise, Age Well talks in Enniskillen and Omagh. The talks will provide information and inspiration around various subjects including building resilience to help bounce back from stressful events; maintaining good mental health and reducing alcohol consumption to boost health and well-being. There is no requirement to register for the event in advance, with anyone aged 50 and over welcome to attend. Drink Wise, Age Well is a National Lottery funded programme to help the over 50s make healthier choices about alcohol. Positive Ageing Month is a month-long calendar of events and activities for older people living in Fermanagh and Omagh District Council Area.

The month is supported by WHSCT, Fermanagh & Omagh District Council, South West Age Partnership and community/voluntary groups.
