A mindset and goal setting evening with Liam O’Neill

Liam O’Neill will host his third annual mindfulness event in Omagh on Friday, December 28.

The local life coach and author understands the Christmas period can be a time of stress and anxiety for many. While new year can be a time to set new goals and make positive changes in your life.

Liam first hosted the event two years ago “as a way of giving something back to Omagh”. This Christmas gift to his local comunity proved to be extremely popular and much needed. Last year the event grew further with workshops added for under 16s.

Given its success, Liam has changed to a larger venue at Omagh Library.

Liam said, “I’m really looking forward to presenting an evening of change again, at which I will be helping people develop strategies to achieve a better balance in life, helping to set and achieve goals, overcome anxiety, panic, habits and chronic pain.

“This year Focus Omagh community group have been kind enough to arrange for a room in the Omagh Library. All are welcome to come along on the day.”

There will be two workshops:
– Youth aged 16 and under 12.45pm – 1.30pm.
– Adults aged 17+ from 1.45pm – 3pm.
