They are due to appear in court this morning.
The body of Pat Ward (30), who was originally from Sligo, but had been living in Clogher, was found in an alleyway in McCrea Park at around 8.15am on Saturday morning.
Several hours later, detectives confirmed that they had launched a murder investigation.
Yesterday evening, a police spokesperson said that a 23-year old man and a 33-year old woman had been charged with murder and were due to appear before Dungannon Magistrates Court.
