Sallys of Omagh in ‘Top 100’ hospitality list

Sallys has once again been recognised among the north’s ‘Top 100’ hospitality businesses.

The Omagh bar, restaurant and nightclub was named on this coveted list, compiled by industry body, Hospitality Ulster, which was unveiled at a gala ceremony in Titanic Belfast last week.

It is the second year of the Top 100 list after it replaced the Pub of the Year Awards and Sally’s is delighted to retain its place.

Sallys proprietor, Oonagh McGirr, said, “These awards are recognition of the hard work that everyone at Sallys puts into making sure that each and every customer visiting Sallys has an exceptional experience.

“The fact that we are recognised by our industry peers is very gratifying and we will continue to be innovative in the way that we manage our business.”

The 2019 Top 100 list featured a range of the best and brightest hospitality businesses in the North.

Hospitality Ulster chair, Mark Stewart said, “The Top 100 Hospitality Businesses are venues that continually go the extra mile to provide first-class hospitality and customer service.”

The 2019 gala event was hosted by stand-up comedian Colm O’Regan and attended by a number of VIP guests including former Ireland rugby captain, Brian O’Driscoll.
