Donal Gormley of SSE said the energy company is “delighted” to come back for the fifth year as principle sponsor of the Omagh Business Awards.

“SSE is delighted to sponsor the Omagh Business Awards once again, especially as this year’s awards marks our fifth as principle sponsor. At SSE we recognise the importance of local businesses, which are the heart of local economy and play such a vital role in sustaining local employment. In the development of our new wind farms as well as the operation of our existing sites, we have had the privilege of working with many local businesses from Omagh and across Tyrone, and we know the extremely high standard of professionalism these local firms bring to any project. That’s why we’re proud to join Omagh Chamber of Commerce and the Ulster Herald in recognising the contributions of local businesses and business leaders through these important awards. We are looking forward to finding out all about our award nominees in the months ahead, and to the gala Omagh Business Awards ceremony in October.”
