Omagh home burgled while resident was asleep

Detectives are appealing for witnesses following the report of a burglary of a house in the Oakland Court area of Omagh on Sunday night, July 21.

It was reported that sometime between 11:30pm on Sunday night and 6:30am Monday morning,  the house was entered whilst the occupant was asleep in the property.  A sum of money was stolen during the burglary.

Detectives are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who saw any suspicious activity or vehicles being driven in a suspicious manner in the area to contact detectives in Omagh on 101, quoting reference 1111 22/07/19.
