A word from the sponsor:
“As a training practice, CavanaghKelly recognise the value of apprenticeships, not only in experience for the apprentice but also demonstrating that they can ‘hit the ground running.’ Good luck to all the finalists!”

Mollie Kyle (The Goldmine Jewellers)

Having previously worked in Australia, Mollie Kyle has been with the Goldmine Jewellers in Omagh for the last four years. She now covers all aspects of the business, from sales, customer service, one-to-one assistance and special orders to merchandising.

Mollie has built up a great rapport with the customers, many of whom would come in and ask for her personally. In busy times, she has taken on extra responsibilities. She has a genuine love for the business, which shines through in her work.

John Joe Gallen (JMG Systems)

Since joining JMG Systems as a 19-year-old apprentice in August 2017, John Joe Gallen has made a significant contribution, particularly in the firm’s testing department. He has shown great maturity, exceptional professionalism and is a good communicator.

John Joe is a great example to other workers and apprentices, and has inspired other long-term colleagues to further their education skills. He is very well-liked within the business and has received excellent feedback from both customers and workers. A great role model for the apprentice scheme.
