Appeal over car fire in early hours

THE PSNI has appealed for information after a report of a car on fire in the Braeside area of Dungannon in the early hours of Wednesday October 2 last.

It was reported that, between 1am and 2am, a car was set on fire outside a property in the Braeside area. It’s also reported that two suspects, believed to be male, were seen at the car.  The two subsequently departed on foot.

Police attended, along with colleagues from Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service who extinguished the blaze.  The vehicle was significantly damaged.


Police are appealing to anyone with information or who witnessed this incident to get in touch on 101, quoting reference number 98 of 02/10/19.
