Covid-19: Omagh school alerts parents to positive case

A MEMBER of the school community at Drumragh Integrated College in Omagh has tested positive for Covid-19, parents of children at the school have been told.

A message sent to parents overnight stressed that the person had not been in contact with students.

It added, “Please be reassured that the safety of our students and staff is our highest priority and every precaution has been taken to ensure their safety.”

A further message stated, “On Monday, the following year groups will be in school. Y8, Y11, Y12, Y13 and Y14. Y9 and Y10 will not be in school.

“A further message will outline work for them. Thank you for your understanding.”
