Now Decorate opens its doors on Mountjoy Road

Painters, decorators and DIYers in Omagh and the surrounding areas have a new go-to shop on the Mountjoy Road after the opening of decorating supplies shop, Now Decorate.

The shop opened to the public at the beginning of April as owner Gary Martin saw a “golden opportunity” for the town amid an explosion of home renovation work.

The Omagh man initially set up shop in Letterkenny in 2017 before graduating back to his hometown this year, opening up Now Decorate after 13 years of working in the industry. The store benefits from a prime location in Omagh and has free parking available to customers.

“I started off in Letterkenny in 2017 and have now decided to open up here in Omagh, as I see a golden opportunity for a new home decor shop in the town,” Gary
said. “We have good products, good quality paint and wallpaper and customers get great help and advice when they come in store.”

“We have a prime location and plenty of car parking space at the shop. We are also planning to do deliveries in the future within a five-mile radius, something that no other shop locally does.”

Gary added that he has been delighted with how things have been going in the early days of the business. “We’re overwhelmed by how it has gone so far. It’s great to see a lot of people giving you a turn. We have had a lot of repeat business from both painters and people doing work around their own home.”
