Omagh fighters to step back into the cage

AFTER a tumultuous year of postponements and inactivity, OMMA fighters Cameron Clements and Dean Magure are set to step back into the cage as they compete for glory at Clan Wars 39 later this month.

The two boys have had a frustrating year owing to Covid and the restrictions which strangled the world of sport into submission, but in line with the current government policy on elite athletes, on May 30 they will have the chance to shed any cage rust they may have accumulated.

For the unfamiliar, OMMA is an MMA club formerly based in Omagh and now temporarily operating out of Irvinestown, however their stable is still packed full of local lads.
