FOOD is now back at The Copper Tap – and with the addition of an award-winning chef to their professional team, business is tasting as delicious as ever!
From this Sunday onwards,Sunday Roasts are on the menu,and they will be served in sumptuous style by new chef, Brian McMonagle, who is also excited to bring first-class dishes of all fragrances and flavours to local palettes.
And that’s not all: Chef McMonagle, who hails from Letterkenny, also has another enticing speciality up his apron – seafoods – which promise to be a mouth-watering treat.
Speaking to the UH, The Copper Tap owner, Mark O’Connor is looking forward to welcoming all customers.
“In the premium setting of The Copper Tap, with its distinctive, chic interior design, customers can expect first-class service from friendly, happy and attentive staff, and homely, hearty and fragrant meals for every customer to enjoy and remember,” he said.
He has expressed his thanks to all customers who kindly supported the local business when they were open during the first few months of the pandemic.
Customers please note: All produce used is fresh, locally-sourced, and of premium quality. Sunday roasts will be served on Sundays from 12pm onwards.
Hearty dinners will be served at The Copper Tap on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 4pm.
